POLICIES

1. NO KIDS - if you bring your child to your appointment you will be charged a fee.

2. NO MONEY BACK UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. If you are unhappy with your service we will fix or redo the service for you.

3. IF SOMETHING HAPPENS WE WILL FIX IT FOR FREE. Only the same exact way - not a new design or look, if you want a new design or look you will be charged.

4. LATE FEES START AT $5. For every 5 minutes you are late you will be charged $5.

5. IF YOU ARE 10 MINUTES LATE YOU LOSE THE DESIGN, 16+ MINUTES LATE THE APPT IS CANCELLED. This is non-negotiable.

6. IF YOU DO NOT LIKE THE COLOR, SHAPE OR LENGTH, PLEASE TELL ME ON THE FIRST NAIL SO WE CAN CHANGE IT. If you wait until the end of the service we won’t be able to change it.

7. PLEASE PROVIDE UPDATED CONTACT INFORMATION. If you do not reply to the confirmation email or text at least 2 hours before your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled

8. PLEASE BE SURE YOU KNOW WHERE YOU ARE GOING BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT. If you ask for the address 5 minutes before your appointment you will lose time on your service.

9. IF YOU DON’T CALL OR SHOW UP TWO TIMES IN A ROW WE WILL NO LONGER ACCEPT YOUR APPOINTMENTS. They will automatically be canceled. This is non-negotiable.

10. DO NOT SHARE YOUR PERSONAL NAIL FILE OR BUFFER WITH ANYBODY ELSE OR USE IT AT HOME. If we notice your buffer or file were used at home you will be charged for a new one.

11. YOU MAY NOT BRING YOUR OWN FILE. For the safety and quality of service only our files are allowed.

12. IF YOU BOOK FOR FULL SET AND YOU NEED A REMOVAL AS WELL I WON’T BE ABLE TO DO IT. Our scheduling is based off how long each service takes. Be sure to book the correct service “REMOVAL AND REAPPLY” if you need a removal. Note this is a longer service so be sure to plan accordingly.

13. IF YOU ARE NOT SURE WHAT SERVICE YOU NEED PLEASE ASK BEFORE YOU BOOK THE APPOINTMENT. We are always happy to answer any and all questions.

14. SHELLAC IS NOT THE SAME THING AS ACRYLIC. SHELLAC IS A BRAND OF GEL NAIL POLISH. If you book for a shellac service understand it does not make your nails longer it is just a type of nail polish.

15. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO BOOK A NEW APPOINTMENT ONLINE. We are unable to squeeze you in-between clients. Please be sure to book your appointments so they fit your schedule.

16. IF YOU NEED EXTRA LONG OR DETAILED NAILS PLEASE BOOK A LONGER SPOT. If you do not know how to book for this please message us before booking.

17. FILLS ARE RECOMMENDED EVERY TWO WEEKS. Waiting longer is at your own risk.

18. WE TAKE VIDEO AND PHOTOS AFTER EVERY SET. If you do not want us to use your photos/video for marketing purpose please let us know.
